Refund policy

No Returns — Perishable Meat Products

All sales are final. Because we sell perishable food (meat), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Once an order has shipped, products cannot be sent back to us for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Order issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, email southernwagyuco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue, and

  • clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product.

If we determine there is a fulfillment or carrier-related issue, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion. Do not ship items back to us; returns of perishable goods will be refused.

Non-returnable items

All products we sell are perishable and therefore non-returnable. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Legal & regional rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Perishable foods are generally exempt from “cooling-off” periods (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal). If you believe a statutory right applies to your order, contact us at southernwagyuco@gmail.com
